Topcola Therm T3

SUSTAINABILITY

Topcola Therm T3 is a bonding mortar formulated from natural raw materials, free from Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) . Its main components are of local origin, contributing to a smaller carbon footprint. Component of an outside thermal insulation system which promotes greater durability for other building elements, by increasing insulation, minimizing energy expenditure in buildings and mitigating pathologies in building elements.

FEATURES

• Average thickness: 2.5mm.
• Drying time: 24 hours minimum.
• Waiting time between layers: 1 hour (minimum).

Waiting time to cover with the final coating:

• Organic paint or coatings: 12 days;
• Ceramics: 7 days
• Adhesion on concrete: > 1N / mm2

USES

Bonding and smoothing of thermal insulation boards, like rock wool, natural insulating materials, cork agglomerate boards, on the defined supports. Ideal for bonding insulating materials to substrates to be rehabilitated (façade renovation) in painting and ceramics, with mandatory complementary mechanical fixing (use of wall plugs). Repair and protection of façades degraded by thermal shocks. Applicable indoors and outdoors.
