it refers to the capacity of an ecossytem to endure the changes operated on the planet, such as climate changes or others with economic and/or social character, and consequentely have the capacity to rebuild or refurbish. The loss of resilience can mean the loss of valuable contributes by the ecossystem, and can even have worrying transitions to the ecossytem. The resilience foresees a new socio-economic analysis plan in a constanlty changing world that faces uncertainties and challenges. Represents a research area in fast development with big political implications to the sustainable development.
