Life Cycle Cost is the total cost to acquire, to possess and to use a building, or a building system throughout its useful life. LCC includes the cost of land acquisition, construction costs, energy costs, maintenance costs, and building operation and its systems, maintenance systems, financial costs, as well as its reuse at the end of the building’s usefull life.
